The product provides a module where maps and place marks are displayed according to a wide range of user determined criteria. Unlike other mapping products found on the CRM platform, CRM Maps has the ability to draw maps from reporting results and geographical radiuses. Here is an example of how the product works: A user works in the hospitality industry and would like to target clients within a certain geographical radius of Indianapolis. She uses CRM Maps to generate a custom report displaying all prospective hotel accounts employing 100-500 people within a 25 mile geographical radius of Indianapolis. The mapping module will then display the results with each account indicated by a place mark whose color and/or size vary according to preselected criteria. The user can next print driving directions using each account as a waypoint.
